Muster/Angebot: Vor-/Nachname aus dem Formular übernehmen

Browse Source 
sample-request und offer-request akzeptieren first_name/last_name, bilden daraus
den Anzeigenamen und legen sie in address ab (für Kuvert/Platzhalter im Muster-
Workflow). „name" bleibt als Fallback.
