formats: family + orientation, Upsert der Check-Metadaten

Neue Felder family + orientation fuers Ausrichtungs-Dropdown im
Textmengencheck. formats-Seed zieht bei bestehenden Zeilen jetzt per PATCH
show_check/family/orientation nach (seedItem war create-only), ohne
admin-gepflegte Felder anzutasten.
