Postkarte: Absender-/Empfängergröße steuerbar + weniger Abstand nach Absender

- Absendergröße folgt der „Absender-Größe" (senderScale), Empfängergröße folgt
  der „Schriftgröße Kuvert" (recipientScale). Empfänger schrumpft weiter automatisch,
  wenn er nicht ins Adressfeld passt (Codierzone bleibt frei).
- Text beginnt nur noch ~2 mm unter dem tatsächlichen Absenderblock (statt fix 18 mm).
