  consent-shortcode, textausrichtung, ganzseitiger scan, kein weissraum, ...),
  changelog-eintrag 1.7.0 + upgrade notice
- Backend package.json -> 1.7.0
- Doku-beispiele (README.md, SPICKZETTEL.md, license-backend/README.md) auf
  1.7.0 angeglichen
