chore: container automatisch ins netzwerk proxy-net haengen

docker-compose: service ist jetzt zusaetzlich am externen netzwerk "proxy-net"
(fest), das bei jedem `docker compose up` automatisch verbunden wird - neben
dem bisherigen env-konfigurierbaren NPM-netzwerk.
